When talking to my manager about my PGCert project we looked at the most recent NSS results for UAL, specifically LCC. I took a screen shot all of the positive and negative comments when I refined the search with the keywords “workshop”, “facilities”, “printmaking” and/or “screenprint”. This is the main form of feedback we get from students and the main way they can feedback their opinions and experience of UAL.

Having this feedback is important but I believe that this could be expanded upon and have more feedback specific to technical spaces.
